Use of the website
The content on this site is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but pool care varies pool by pool — nothing here replaces hands-on advice from a licensed technician.
Service agreements
Weekly service is month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 14 days written notice. Repair work is performed only after a written estimate has been approved by the homeowner.
Payment
Monthly service is invoiced on the first of each month and due within 14 days. Late balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
Liability
Palm City Pool Care carries $1,000,000 general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to plaster, tile, or equipment, or for damage resulting from acts of nature.
Intellectual property
All content on azelastuhkw.com — including text, photographs, and the logo — is the property of Palm City Pool Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
