A neighborhood pool company that grew up on Pine Tree Ln.
Jennifer Battjer started Palm City Pool Care in 2014 with one truck, a five-gallon bucket, and a calendar full of neighbors who needed help with their pools.
How it started
Jennifer moved to Palm City in 2011 after fifteen years in property management up in Houston. She always kept her own pool, and the first summer in Florida she started helping the family two doors down keep theirs clear during a bad algae bloom.
Word spread the way it does in small Florida towns. By the spring of 2014 she had a route of fourteen weekly pools, one Ford F-150, and a phone that never stopped ringing.
Where we are now
Today the route is a little over 180 weekly homes between Palm City, Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Hobe Sound. There are three full-time technicians, a part-time office manager, and Jennifer still answers the phone most mornings.
We've never wanted to be the biggest pool company on the Treasure Coast. We just want the people on our route to have the best-looking pool on their street.
