1.4-acre hillside property reclaimed from St. Augustine lawn. 1,200 sq ft of dry-stacked limestone terraces, 87 species of native and adapted plants, complete drip retrofit. Outdoor water use down 58% in year one.

Front entry courtyard for a 1980s mid-century home. Cordova cream flagstone, low limestone seat wall, evergreen anchor planting in cedar elm shade. Designed for shade and evening light.

Rollingwood Pollinator Meadow

Half-acre rear yard converted to a managed pollinator meadow. Documented 41 native bee species and 9 butterfly species in the second growing season.

Front yard removal and replacement following the 2022 burn ban. Xeric planting palette, decomposed granite paths, no overhead irrigation. Survived the 2023 drought without supplemental water after establishment.

Quarter-acre side garden built around a single existing live oak. Tiered limestone planting beds, gravel sitting area, lighting designed to disappear by day.
