Service Areas
Where we work.
We are a small studio and we keep our service area tight on purpose. Andrew is on every job site every day, and that only works if no project is more than 35 minutes from West Lake Hills.
West Lake Hills, TX (78746)
Our home territory and the bulk of our work. We know the streets, the limestone bluffs, the deer pressure, and the typical drainage patterns of every neighborhood from Westover Hills to Las Lomas.
Rollingwood, TX (78746)
Across the creek from our studio. Mostly oak-dominated lots with significant slope — we do a lot of terraced planting and limestone retaining work here.
Bee Cave, TX (78738)
Newer construction on caliche-heavy soils. We see a lot of failed builder landscapes that need full removal and replacement with appropriate xeric planting.
Lakeway, TX (78734)
Lake views, west exposure, and serious heat reflection from cliff faces. Plant selection here is unforgiving — we lean heavily on silver-leaved natives and decomposed granite.
Westlake / Eanes ISD area
Largely overlapping with West Lake Hills proper. Properties here tend to be larger (1–3 acres) and we often work in multi-year phases.
Austin (78703, 78731, 78733, 78735, 78746)
We selectively take projects in West Austin neighborhoods: Tarrytown, Old Enfield, Northwest Hills, and parts of South Austin near Barton Creek.
Spicewood, TX (78669)
Larger properties, often in the 2–5 acre range, where we can do meaningful native restoration alongside designed gardens.
Dripping Springs, TX (78620)
Hill Country ranch land. We focus here on entry gardens, courtyards, and pollinator meadows on the broader ranch parcel.
Outside this footprint?
If you're outside our regular service area but feel strongly that we'd be a fit, please get in touch. We occasionally take on larger destination projects (typically 1+ acre, in our extended Hill Country range), and we can sometimes recommend a colleague closer to you.
